The dealership has a coupon program the customer has no way to use the coupons. This is typical of shady companies. Get the customer to commit to the services and then tell customers they cannot use the coupons (combined). when the coupon flyer tells you (Save save save). Very professional staff. Early morning appointment. Opened at 0700 hours as posted. Greeted by Technician Ray. He took my report abou my warning light display. He directed me to his computer work station. He pulled up my vehicle information. He advised me that the problem wiould be evaluated, and an engine malfunction report soon. My problem was located, and an active ventilation shutter replacement part would have to be installed. The part would have to picked up. I was given a ride home and called later that my vehicle was ready. I am very happy with my experience. The customer waiting area was clean, organized, and well stocked with water, coffee, and donuts. A flat screen television helped to make the wait even more relaxing. Great job!!
