Check engine light on 2021 sierra and called to get it checked. Richard got me in and got it checked out and repaired. Service was excellent and the customer service lounge is excellent with coffee and water available and comfortable seating. Very satisfied with the service.

We were there for 2 hours for a SCHEDULED oil change and tire rotation. What’s the use in scheduling if you hav to wait that long for something? If that’s the best you can do, I can get those services done far faster and far cheaper than a dealership.

I went in on my lunch to look at a 2026 GMO Terrain I had seen on their website. Joel greeted me & I let him know I didn't have much time but wanted to see what they would give me on my vehicle as a trade in, and to test drive the car l came to look at. He jumped right on it & helped get me in and out knowing I was cut short for time. After our test drive, I let him know I was interested in the Terrain- he got me the numbers and I told him I would be back the next day to complete paperwork. Not once did he try to sell me / look at something I did not want or to try and get me to finance through the dealer since he knew I would be financing through my own bank. After signing paperwork the next day, he stayed late to show me all the features that were on the car and make sure I was 100% confident on how to operate all the cool things my new car had to offer. This was the best experience I've had at a dealership by far (& I've bought 3 new cars all through different dealerships!) I could not recommend Joel and this dealership enough & when the time comes, I will be back and hope Joel is still there!
